Jazeera Airways will increase its Kuwait–Damascus service to four daily flights from 14 July 2026, marking one year since it resumed operations to the Syrian capital and responding to sustained demand for travel between the two countries.
Since relaunching the route in July 2025, the Kuwaiti low-cost carrier has carried more than 90,000 passengers between Kuwait and Damascus, making it one of the airline’s busiest destinations. The enhanced schedule, together with three weekly flights to Aleppo, will offer greater flexibility and improved onward connectivity across Jazeera Airways’ regional network.
Paul Carroll, Chief Commercial Officer, Jazeera Airways, said the strong passenger response reflects the close ties between Kuwait and Syria and growing demand for reliable and affordable travel. He added that the increased frequency will provide more travel options for passengers visiting family and friends, travelling for business, or leisure.
The additional flights strengthen Jazeera Airways’ network in Syria while supporting connectivity between Kuwait and key destinations across the region.
