Keturah Resort boosts Dubai wellness tourism

Keturah

Dubai’s push to lead global wellness tourism is gaining momentum as Keturah Resort advances development of its boutique, fully wellness-certified destination, anchored by The Ritz-Carlton brand. Positioned along Dubai Creek near Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, the project is attracting strong international investor interest while setting new benchmarks for integrated wellness hospitality.

The resort features a boutique five-star Ritz-Carlton hotel with a limited-key inventory designed to deliver a highly personalised guest experience, alongside 12 ultra-luxury creekside mansions and 193 branded residences, more than half of which have already been sold. A dedicated wellness centre, private marina and expansive green spaces further enhance its appeal as a low-density, lifestyle-driven destination.

Industry observers note that the project reflects a wider shift in travel and real estate trends, where wellness is becoming central to both tourism and residential investment decisions. With the UAE ranked among the fastest-growing wellness markets globally, developments such as Keturah Resort are expected to play a pivotal role in attracting high-value travellers and long-stay residents.

Talal M. Al Gaddah, CEO and Founder of the Keturah luxury brand, said: “The UAE’s wellness economy is already the fastest-growing in the MENA region, as a direct result of genuine intent, and Keturah Resort is our contribution to that vision.”

He added: “Dubai recognises that there has been a clear shift in how luxury real estate is defined and valued, with buyers now asking whether a home will improve their health, enhance sleep, lift mood, support family wellbeing, and strengthen their connection to nature.”
