The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism signs an agreement with Omran Group to develop an integrated tourism complex

The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism signed an agreement with the Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran Group) to develop an integrated tourism complex (a multi-use tourism project) in the Al Bustan area of ​​Muscat Governorate, on an area estimated at about 138,000 square meters. The project will be implemented over a period of 4 years. The agreement was signed by His Excellency Mr. Ibrahim bin Said Al Busaidi, Minister of Heritage and Tourism, while on behalf of Omran Group it was signed by Engineer Ayad bin Ali Al Balushi, CEO of the Group. The project aims to create an integrated destination combining high-end hospitality and luxury housing under the management of the global operator (Four Seasons). It includes a world-class hotel with 200 rooms, along with 91 branded luxury freehold residential units. The project also includes a range of integrated facilities, including a luxury marina, a yacht club, marine facilities, restaurants and retail outlets, in addition to service facilities and advanced infrastructure, providing an integrated tourism experience for visitors and residents. The signing of this agreement confirms the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism’s commitment to strengthening the infrastructure of the tourism sector, contributing to enhancing local content and providing job opportunities, in line with the objectives of the tourism sector and Oman Vision 2040.
