AI-powered chatbots help with routine inquiries, so our agents can focus on complex itineraries while virtual and augmented reality experiences give clients a taste of their destinations before leaving home.
Sustainability has become a key focus in the UAE and across the globe, what are the strategies that you have undertaken as a company to adapt?
Sustainability lies at the centre of our business; we aim to mitigate environmental impact while supporting local communities. To do this, we partner with eco-friendly hotels and transportation providers, as well as offer carbon offset options to our clients. Furthermore, our focus lies in responsible tourism, emphasising authentic yet eco-friendly experiences while leaving only positive contributions wherever our operations may lead us.
